Elder flowers come from the same plant as elder berries. This herb can be brewed to make a beneficial tea that promotes good health for both the outside and the inside. In order to enjoy its benefits do not consume more than the recommended dosage.

Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of elder flowers to make a wonderful tea. Cover and steep for at least 3-5 minutes and then drink it hot to treat a cold.
